LANDLORD FEES 

Letting and Rental Collection Service ONLY

The agency fee for this service will be 10% plus VAT (12% inc. VAT) of the total negotiated rent for the duration of the tenancy and any subsequent renewals. This fee is taken upfront and in full from the first rent received for the full duration of the agreed term.

Letting and Full Management Service

The agency fee for this service will be 16% plus VAT (19.2% inc. VAT) of the total negotiated rent for the duration of the tenancy and any subsequent renewals. This consists of a 10% plus VAT (12% inc. VAT) letting and rental collection fee, which is taken upfront and in full from the rent received for the full duration of the agreed term, also applicable on any subsequent renewals. This will be in addition to a 6% plus VAT (7.2% inc. VAT) monthly management fee, which will be collected in line with the frequency of rental payments and deducted from the rental amount. Fees are taken as and when the rent is received by the tenant for the duration of any term.

 

Sundry Fees (All Services) £395.00 plus VAT (£474.00 inc. VAT) which includes;

-       The preparation of Tenancy Agreements.

-       The administration of the let.

-       Tenancy Deposit Scheme Registration.

-       Tenant Referencing

-       Photography and Marketing

 

Renewal Administration Fee (All Services) £250.00 plus VAT (£300.00 inc. VAT) which includes;

-       The preparation of Renewal Documentation.

-       Tenancy Deposit Scheme Registration.

 

Inventory, check-in & check-out - this is dependent on each property due to size, furnishing etc. If you would like a price for this please contact us and we can obtain a quote for you.  

 

Additional fees that might be applicable

Additional property visits: £60 (inc VAT)

  • To attend for specific requests such as neighbour disputes; more visits are required to monitor the tenancy; or any maintenance-linked visit

  • Arrangement Fee for works over £200: 10% of net cost plus VAT (12% inc. VAT)

  • Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor;

  • Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works

  • Retaining any warranty or guarantee as a result of any works

 

Arrangement fee for refurbishments 10% plus VAT (12% inc. VAT) of net cost
