The entire process of selling our house through S&B was very smooth. It took about a week from agreeing to work with them to having it feature online and getting the first viewing booked in - the main limiting factor being the speed at which we ourselves reviewed and signed the marketing engagement. A further 2-3 weeks saw our first offer come in. Chris was excellent throughout the process, very knowledgeable and supportive for any queries we had on the process as first time sellers. He chased up on potential buyers frequently and provided detailed weekly updates on the entire process, including some helpful metrics to gauge our progress in selling our house. Jane and Yasmin too were very helpful, responding promptly to emails and arranging viewings at reasonable times with sufficient notice, taking into account our family life with young kids on the weekends.

I have purchased an apartment in Kingston and about to do the final settlement. Throughout the purchase process, I am fortunate to have, first of all, Chris who was very good at introducing and explaining the apartment with knowledgeable information and great patience (sometimes dump questions were asked by me!). After the offer was accepted by the seller, Richard took over and looked after the process leading to the final settlement. During this process, things were subject to surprises and delays. Richard managed to take care of everything and made the process as smooth as possible. Even after the exchange of contract, Richard responded to my questions in the same speed as that before the exchange of contract. I appreciate that very much. Stack & Bonner provided a great service when helping us to sell out flat. They estimated a fair and accurate price and helped us find buyers that we really liked. We were really happy and relieved that they found buyers who would live in the property rather than a landlord who would rent it out.
