Letting and Full Management Service:

The fee for this service in the first year will be 15% plus VAT of the total negotiated rent for the initial tenancy with 5% plus VAT taken upfront. Any subsequent extension to that tenancy whether or not the extension has been negotiated by Stack and Bonner Lettings Limited will continue at 10% plus VAT monthly.

 

Letting and Rental Collection Service:

The fee for this service in the first year will be 12% plus VAT of the total negotiated rent for the initial tenancy with 5% plus VAT taken upfront. Any subsequent extension to that tenancy whether or not the extension has been negotiated by Stack and Bonner Lettings Limited will continue at 7% plus VAT monthly.

Introduction Only (Tenant Find) Service:

The fee for this service without rent transfer, will be 10% of the total negotiated rent for the initial tenancy, subject to a minimum fee of £500.00 plus VAT, and any subsequent extension to that tenancy whether or not the extension has been negotiated by Stack and Bonner Lettings Limited. This will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the original fee and be payable within 7 days of the date of extension.

 

Sundry Fees (All Services)

  1. £100 plus VAT for the preparation of Tenancy Agreements.
  2. £75 plus VAT for the administration of the let.
  3. £50 plus VAT for Tenancy Deposit Scheme Registration.
  4. Inventory and check-in, this is dependent on each property due to size, furnishing etc. If you would like a price for this please contact us and we can obtain a quote for you.

 

Additional fees that might be applicable

Additional property visits: £60 (inc VAT)

• To attend for specific requests such as neighbour disputes; more visits are required to monitor the tenancy; or any maintenance-linked visit
Arrangement Fee for works over £200: 10% of net cost
• Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor;
• Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works
• Retaining any warranty or guarantee as a result of any works
