Andrew Pollard co-founded Stack & Bonner in 1988 with John Stack and has been the driving force for the company's success and growth over the last decade. With his infectious enthusiasm and professional approach to all aspects of the business, Andrew provides every client of Stack & Bonner with a positive approach combined with his own ethos of commitment and hard work to achieve the best possible results every time. Aside from being one truly dedicated estate agent and business owner, Andy is also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!

John Stack MARLA

Chairman & Co-Owner

John founded the company with Andrew Pollard in 1988 and is incredibly proud of the company they have created. John’s passion is for land and new homes and he has worked ceaselessly to create one of South West London’s premier market leading estate agencies in this sector.

Jane MacIntyre

Head of New Business

Jane is an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated member of the sales team and has been since 2000 when she first joined Stack & Bonner. Over the years Jane has built up a strong relationship with many of our clients, particularly within the Charter Quay development; organising the annual Stack & Bonner sponsored garden party for the residents. Just one of the many ways in which Stack & Bonner like to build relationships with clients past, present & future.

Chris joined Stack and Bonner in 2000 and is the driving force behind our successful sales team. He is renowned for his enthusiasm and desire to “go the extra mile” to ensure all our clients are delighted to have selected Stack and Bonner. Chris is the proud father of two boys and has always lived and worked locally.

Emma Stack

Head of Marketing

Emma is a very talented professional photographer who leads our media and marketing department. Emma joined Stack & Bonner in March 2019 and you may have noticed shares her surname with one of the owners, yes they are related! Having obtained a degree in Commercial Photography at Bournemouth Arts and having worked closely with many high end Developers and Interior Designers; Emma now runs our Media and Marketing team. Emma is able to offer our clients the very highest level or Marketing expertise.

James joined Stack and Bonner in 2020, having worked in our Sales team James has transitioned over to the Lettings Department. James always delivers an exceptional level of service, working hard to ensure that our client’s assets are managed efficiently and in line with up to date legislation and compliance. Handling all aspects of the tenancy co-ordination and property management processes, James is always looking to deliver service with a smile and a meticulous level of detail and care.

Megan Mountstevens

Lettings Negotiator

Megan joined Stack and Bonner in 2022 transitioning across from the leisure industry with a background providing exceptional levels of customer service and care. Megan is a valuable addition to our lettings team and is committed to ensuring that our clients’ expectations are met at every step of the lettings journey. With an unwaveringly positive outlook and infectious smile we are excited to see Megan’s career development with Stack and Bonner.

Lettings Coordinator

Lauren joined us in 2022 coming from a background in sales. With an understanding of exactly what constitutes excellent customer service and a great eye for detail, Lauren is a welcome addition to the lettings team. Lauren is on hand to assist with any property related issues for our clients and facilitates all the key processes within the lettings department.

Kirsten Davies

Office Support

Kirsten works part time in our Wood Street office and provides essential and valuable office support to the team at Stack & Bonner. Kirsten is friendly and enthusiastic and always willing to offer a helping hand. You may see Kirsten on sales viewings or in our office with a big smile on her face.

Ava Emery

Office Support

Ava is the latest member of our team and we are very pleased to have her on board! Ava works part time alongside our sales team, helping with viewings, office administration and arranging appointments. Ava is positive, hard working and enthusiastic to learn and develop her skills in the sales department.

Lettings Manager

Widely renowned for her legal expertise, Theresa has been in Residential Lettings since 1982 and has guided Stack & Bonner since 1996 through many of the complicated legal changes made during this time. Theresa is a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and takes great pride in the level of service offered to Landlord and Tenant alike.
