I have purchased an apartment in Kingston and about to do the final settlement. Throughout the purchase process, I am fortunate to have, first of all, Chris who was very good at introducing and explaining the apartment with knowledgeable information and great patience (sometimes dump questions were asked by me!). After the offer was accepted by the seller, Richard took over and looked after the process leading to the final settlement. During this process, things were subject to surprises and delays. Richard managed to take care of everything and made the process as smooth as possible. Even after the exchange of contract, Richard responded to my questions in the same speed as that before the exchange of contract. I appreciate that very much.
